The application does not detect or remove PII for you. Review your tip and remove your name, contact details, identifiers, and indirect clues such as a unique role, exact shift, relationship, or details known only to you. Relevant PII about involved parties is permitted.

We do not need information that identifies you as the submitter, and you should not include it in your tip.

Your name, initials, signature, or personal description
Your personal or work email address, phone number, or home address
Your employee, badge, payroll, account, or username identifiers
Your birth date, Social Security number, government ID number, or financial or medical information
Details that reveal your unique role, exact shift, relationship, or involvement
Photos, recordings, documents, attachments, or links that could identify you
A login, follow-up account, case number, or contact method

Important limitation

Anonymity is not absolute

This application is designed not to collect your identity. Cloudflare Turnstile, network infrastructure, and email systems may still process limited technical metadata such as an IP address, browser, device, or submission time. The details you write could also identify you.
